Kenneth Treated Me Like Cr*p. I called to let the salon know I was running late and they said ok and gave me directions. I arrived ten minutes late and Kenneth did not greet me, instead Cheyenne said to me "I can't do your color just your cut come on" like I would let someone that rude touch my hair.

I asked why she couldn't do the color and she replied "you're too late" I looked at Kenneth and said you didn't tell me this on the phone, and it doesn't say this in my gift certificate. He was playing SOLITAIRE - what a professional- and said "I don't care" I said I wanted a refund and he said "I don't care" He then started humming when I went to call the sales rep. He told me "I've been in this business 50 years, honey, and we do not push back our clients 15 minutes"

He then proceeded to tell my mother to leave the store or he would MASE her and that she couldn't afford his services, only higher class.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. YOU WILL REGRET IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CINCINNATI. KENNETH IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND CHEYENNE IS TRASHY!

It looks like a butcher cut my hair.. I am in tears over my hair, this is the second time someone at this salon butchered my hair, i will NEVER go back. Kenneth did my cut, it looks like i have a shreaded paper bag on my head, he chopped wayyyy too much hair off since when did a quarter of an inch mean 4 inches!!!!????!!!??? I AM LIVID. I have a choppy funky looking mullet, I would have been better off at the haircuttery. WASTE OF $65 and a huge regret.

The name says it all... PEFECTION!. i just moved to the cincinnati area and needed a new stylist after leaving my lovely stylist of 5 years in washington dc! (Elizabeth @ Salon DeZen she is great!)

Kenneth did an amazing job the cut was flawless and sooooo symetrical, and flowed no choppiness whatsoever. i also got my eyebrows threaded and they looked great.

Being that it was my first time trying someone new in soo long i was very observant, judging every other cut that walked out the door and i gotta say that place is just awsome, everyone was super friendly too!

They Saved More Than My Hair!. Gee.... I don't know how to begin to thank Perfections for saving my hair! Not long after winning the Mrs. Cincinnati 2006 title my world began to fall apart! My husband asked me for a divorce after 11 years of marriage and I was set out to face the world on my own and make ends meet for me and my children. I felt like Cinderella and the clock had struck midnight!

I had some extensions installed at a salon in northern Kentucky so that I could have longer, fuller hair to compete in the pageant. Not long after the pageant I began losing hair. It was falling out! The salon in Northern Kentucky refused to help me and sent me on my way.

Luckily by searching on the internet I found Perfections Salon. They came to my rescue and were able to help save my hair! I cannot put into words how they saved more than just my hair. I am now going for my Realtor license and will be graduating from that in 2 weeks. I feel that now I can face the world and head into a new career with confidence. Angie did an excellent job on the installation and made the color so beautiful and natural looking. Kenneth did an outstanding dry cut! He is definitely a perfectionist; I see how the salon got that name! Thanks to everyone that participated in helping me recover. Thanks for the warmness and generosity you expressed.
