Did not like

Went to Perfections because I had a certificate for a cut and color. I had spent time to find what kind of color I wanted and took pictures and everything. Told Angela what I wanted and that I had pictures, but she said she didn't need to see them because she knew exactly what I was talking about. Came out with almost black hair. I was the only client in the salon, and Angela and Jill (?) had left before I was done. I just felt very rushed and did not like the whole feel of the salon. I will never go back... ever.

Great Experience

I have been to a lot of salons in Cincinnati and I thought that the staff here did a great job.

Angela gave me perfect highlights and did just what I asked her to do. Not too chunky, not too blonde.

Cheyenne was awesome and really worked with me on my cut. She didn't just "do her thing" and really gave me the look that I had wanted.

Like the last reviewer, I was about 5 minutes late and I called ahead and let them know and it was no big deal. No one was rude at all and it was a nice atmosphere. They sell lots of product lines and I love what Cheyenne recommended.

I definitely plan on going back!!

Kenneth Treated Me Like Cr*p

I called to let the salon know I was running late and they said ok and gave me directions. I arrived ten minutes late and Kenneth did not greet me, instead Cheyenne said to me "I can't do your color just your cut come on" like I would let someone that rude touch my hair.

I asked why she couldn't do the color and she replied "you're too late" I looked at Kenneth and said you didn't tell me this on the phone, and it doesn't say this in my gift certificate. He was playing SOLITAIRE - what a professional- and said "I don't care" I said I wanted a refund and he said "I don't care" He then started humming when I went to call the sales rep. He told me "I've been in this business 50 years, honey, and we do not push back our clients 15 minutes"

He then proceeded to tell my mother to leave the store or he would MASE her and that she couldn't afford his services, only higher class.

DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. YOU WILL REGRET IT. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN CINCINNATI. KENNETH IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL AND CHEYENNE IS TRASHY!
