POOR! POOR! POOR!

This was the WORST experience in hair care in my LIFE - and I've been to Great Clips! The people were rude, didn't do what I asked, and refused to make it right! The owner Kenneth didn't even ask how I wanted my hair cut, just started hacking inches and inches off of the front of my hair! The color wasn't at all what I asked for - not even close! I asked for a golden brown for summer - Sarah dyed me BLACK!!! She even took a break while she was doing my hair to add a feather extension to her own hair. This was on the 7th. I called to ask to have the color re-done and spoke to Jill on the 10th.She said Sarah would call me and that they would be glad to fix it. I never heard from her and over the next weeks I called several times with no reply. Jill emailed on the 24th saying she was sorry, my message was lost, and they would call me the next day. NOTHING for days! After a month of me making many calls and emails, and being promised they would make it right, the "Manager" Jill emailed me on the 31st and said they had no intention of fixing my bad color, would not offer a refund, and that I was not welcome in their salon because I used a special offer coupon from a site similar to Groupon, which meant I had no right to complain. You get what you pay for, I guess. Why offer these deals if they aren't going to give their all and honor them!?! Poor management, poor customer service, poor hair services, POOR, POOR, POOR!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE PERFECTIONS

I first went to see the people at Perfections Salon b/c I had experienced a horrible short haircut at another local salon. In order to get through this time, I bought wigs! Then I heard about how they did the Dream Catchers hair extensions, so I had to check it out. GLAD I DID. In May, I had a full set put in by Angela = AWESOME - it totally transformed my look. I love my extensions and get compliments all the time. Anglea also colored my hair so it matched the extensions perfectly! Sarah did a great job w/ the keratin relaxing treatment which made my hair so smooth and silky and more manageable. Then Kenneth did his magic w/ a dry cut. I know others have said not good things about the salon, but I can truly say they are great people and they do a great job. I still have my extensions in, w/ a few funky pink pieces to make it fun! So all I can say is go check them out!

Royal Keratin Treatment.Hello Beautiful Hair!Thanks Sarah!

An upscale salon with an inviting and warm environment and staff...no snobs here...thank goodness! :) A 19 year abuser of box hair color, cheap styling products and massive amounts of heat to tame a frizzy, dull, and undesirable mane of curly hair, I FINALLY found the answer with a Royal Keratin Treatment. After an easy 2 hr treatment, my hair is super shiny, super straight and the kind of hair I never thought I'd have. Up to 6 months of intergrity before repeating the treatment, this service is worth every penny and the best part is no formaldehyde in the product (unlike many other popular products claiming to deliver the same results). Ask for Sarah!..highly talented,educated, and sweet, you are guaranteed to leave with a beautiful mane of hair and a whole new education on the science of kertain treatments and the "secrets" of healthy, beautiful hair. Sarah and the team at Perfections are rock stars in my book! Thank you! :)

I'm a Rock Star!!

Love my cut and color, I have never left a salon feeling so cared for and beautiful. I am ready for my rock tour. Cheyenne was "trashy" but I loved it. Cincinnati needs more fashion forward people like those working at Perfections!! Angela did a fantastic job on my color.Love hearing about the Paris Hilton Extentions and how that is booming!!

As for all the negative comments below...all I can say is that there are two sides to every story....

I will be back fo sho!!

Worst Salon EVER!!!!

What a horrible experience. I have never experienced more RUDE people in my life. I should have known by looking at Angela and HER HAIR I shouldnt trust her! But trying to not judge a book by its cover I let her color my hair.....BAD IDEA. The base color was drab, and mute, while my highlights looked like something my 14 year old daughter did with a home kit from SALLYS!!! After expressing my disatisfaction, Angela told me it suited me and made me look years younger....YEARS YOUNGER? Well if you consider the white trash look a positive, then maybe she could right?!? Moving on to Kenneth, not only did he butcher my hair and cut it way too short, he also suceeded in completely disgusting me! From scratching his flaky scalp to his buldging stomach knocking me around, and his lack of manners. He was a complete SLOB! The entire experience was dreadful! All Kenneths bragging made me sick, not to meantion I dont believe a word he said! I also believe Jill is the worst manager ever! Very unprofessional, and down right invasive. I will never return to this salon, and am making it my personal goal to let everyone I know how horrid this place is!
