HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My sister is getting married on May,15 of 2010. We went to this store in November of 09. We ordered Briadesmaid dresses for 5 people and 2 junior braidedsmaid. JACKIE told us that we had to have the order in november because of the chinese new year( which i never heard of). We have called on a number of occasion and was told that they would be in. Jackie never once called and said anything about are dresses since we orderd them. We all had put down money in which she told us that we can pay the rest when the dress comes in. As of today march 3,2010 we have NO dresses. We called today and she said she never ordered them. PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS WOMEN! SHE TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DONT ORDER YOUR DRESS. SHE IS NEVER AT THE STORE AND HER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE! GO TO DAVIDS BRIDAL AND FIND WHAT YOUR LOOKING FOR!!!

Awful customer service. First of all we ordered my daughters jr bridesmaid dress from this store and it came in literally the week before the wedding. When it did come in it was a size 14 when we ordered a size 10. No seamstress could get the dress sized properly during the week before the wedding so Jackie told me she would refund our money, I returned the dress and she said she would issue a check. So, we went to Davids Bridal bought a size 8 dress off of the rack. It has been over 4 months and no check has been issued and they will not accept my calls....so they took my money and my dress......I recommend you find anywhere else to order your dresses!
