We interviewed both Charles Ellis and Kato Smith. We were impressed by both canidates, therefore, choosing was difficult. We did not receive a response from Scott Perez, so we are surprised to see his name listed. We are evaluating Charles Ellis based on our experience negotiating a contract with him.
