Med Mart Queen City Inc

Med-Mart; very poor customer service. I am very fustrated and dis-satisfied with Med-mart customer service. I purchased a stair lift.. When , in three months, the chair became inoperable Dave Mason (supposedly service manager) ingored my calls.

It wasn't until calls to his secretary and other Med-Mart employees did a repair man come to my home. The repairman was quite candid and told me it was not installed properly and needed to be reinstalled. Weeks later and phone calls to Dave Mason's "un"answering machine; he still ignores me .

I guess professional courtesy is unknown to Dave Mason.…
