Request Angela!.
My mom & I had whirlpool pedicures with Angela today...it was the best pedicure I have ever had. She is experienced and does a very nice job. I suggest you request her!

"Spa" is an over exaggeration -- skip Idenity!.
Booked an 1.5 hour massage, the massage was not very good. The therapist didn't seem experienced. However, this I can accept, when you are new to a salon sometimes you don't get a therapist that you like or jell with however the spa was a joke. From the minute I arrived, the receptionist was preoccupied with counting her draw totals to look up and help (it was 10:00 in the morning, how critical could this have been)? Once my massage was over, I steped into their showers (which from the surface look nice) however, one towel in the entire place which was a thin as a Days Inn. The toiletries were non existant, no soap, no shampoo -- nothing. Then the changing area didn't have a hair dryer -- I was in a salon and spa and they don't have hair dryers in the spa . . . I asked the receptionist to use a hairdryer and she said, "I'll see if I can borrow one from a technician." They really need to work on customer service and making their spa user friend. At least a little bottle of shampoo and one of those hairdryers that is attached to the wall.
Overall I was totally unimpressed with Identity (and my massage therapist). There are tons of spas in Cincinnati, skip this one.
