I think being fair to your customers
will bring you more business, as well as being more personable...... Wouldn't you rather people recommend what a great deal you gave them get out around town, so that more people come your way?

People... This is a place where they
RESELL. Good luck finding anyone else willing to pay higher... And if you paid $600 for a NEW piece of jewelry, why would you expect to get that price for it USED?
Use some common sense. No one's forcing you to sell your items. If you don't like the price, don't sell it!
The customer service here is awesome. They have trained jewelers on staff, and they understand the market. If you don't want to go through the hassle of Ebay or Craigslist, and just want some quick, easy cash for an item that you're not using, this is the best place to go.

Go somewhere else.
The first time I tried to pawn a piece of jewelry, I dealt with a salesperson I can only describe as "slimy". He went in back to talk with someone, then came back & said he "called their other store" about it. They gave me an estimate of $20 on a $450 piece.
I went back the next day with some gold. On 8 pieces which were worth much more, they gave me $230. When I tried to pawn a $600 engagement ring, they offered me a loan of $40.
They don't want to pawn anything. They give you less money if you pawn rather than sell to them & they really low-ball you in selling.
Go somewhere else.

the worst!.
I thought I might get better service from this store than the other but I was wrong! I would rather kept my jewelry than sell it to them! Take your jewelry to a real jewelry store to sell!
