Dr. Hammons is just wonderful. Always very friendly and concerned with your well being. He has helped me with vertigo and several other illnesses and has always made me feel like I was getting the best of care. I would recommend him to anyone. Always been able to get appointments same day - never had to wait. Never had any problem with the staff, they have been friendly, but I pay my bill at time of service...

BILLING. Can not schedule a Doctor's appointment because of a $62.00 billing issue. I only knew of $41.00 owed. The bill I received is not readable in what you my owe, and billing only cares about money not people's health. Could not get any help from the front desk, billing or scheduling desk.

I am on Social Security Disability and when I need to see my doctor I need that appointment, not a doctor's office who won't give me an appointment because i am $41. by my records, the billing department says I owe $62. Even at $62. no one should be refused an appointment to see their physician.

Dr. Engel is THE BEST DOCTOR EVER!. The front desk employees could be a little nicer, but they have to put up with all the rude patients in person and on the phone all day. But my Doctor, Jeremy Engel, and MA, Amy are wonderful. They treat me great and take very good care of me. My parents, brother, and nephew are also patients of his and they are also very satisfied with what he has done for them. So thankyou Dr. Engel and Amy for everything, and for doing your job so well!

Beware. The front desk personnel are the rudiest people I have ever met. Most of the people you talk to over the phone can be at times. For the dr's talking about rude do not see Debra Shulte. She does not want to listen to any thing you have to say. I would not take my dog to her. And if you need to get test done. GOOD LUCK they have one person that sets that up and she is rude and nasty. You can never contact her about anything and she never explains anything...I have seen her twice and it was a nightmare. Where do they find these people?. There are alot of people out there looking for jobs. These people act like they hate their jobs and people. Most of the nurses are nice. I'm looking into to going to the Cold Spring office. I have been there for the after hour clinic. Very clean and nice, perfessional staff.
