In Short – Decor is bright and airy, diner style, with tables, booths, lunch counter and a liberal use of red and white; the signature colors of Dixie Chili. Dixie's three-way chili is a thicker, spicier variation than most places'; not as sweet nor as messy. Along with chili, you'll also find deli sandwiches, pie and root beer floats. Also offered is the alligator, a coney with a dill pickle buried in the bun.
