Dirty dirty Bathrooms! What does the kitchen look like?. We went to don pablos on 4/10/11 to enjoy sitting outside on the river and enjoy the nice day. The food and service was average, but the bathrooms were disgusting! There was toilet paper all over the floors, garbage cans overfllowing, beer bottles sitting on the countertop, all while the hostess was in the bathroom on her personal cell phone! Could she at least have picked up while she was in there? My boyfriend used the mens, and said it smelled of urine. I am a previous restauraunt workers of 9 years, this is a reflection of how you keep your kitchen!

Makes me Sweat. The only thing missing is they need more latinos. I love the bottomless tacos they do here, and the service is always on point.

Totally try this place out - it is a chain, yes, but a good one. They also have others "middle of the road" entrees as well - like a real juicy rib eye steak.

Reheated enchiladas?. Are you kidding me? Stuff you buy in your grocer's freezer will taste better. It's prepared the same way: comes frozen on a truck and gets reheated. Even the enchiladas. I can't think of anything more disgusting than thawed enchiladas. Taco Bell has more authentic food.

Absolutely Average. Typical franchise restaurant at its worst. The service is totally dependant upon which high school waiter/waitress happens to be working your table. The wait is too long for bland psuedo Mexican food. Order a beer and it will arrive well after you've received your appetizer.

What a joke. This is not, by any stetch, Mexican food. In fact, it's not even good food - mexican or not. I am always amazed how the masses will flock to sub par food and service just from some flashy advertising. How people can continue to think it's good after eating there, well, I'm just plain dumbfounded.

lousy service. My fiance and i have been to don pablo's on several occasions... the service is terrible... have to stop other waiters/waitress to get a refill on drinks... the food taste processed! I get better mexican food out of the freezer section at Krogers! We were seated in the non-smoking section, and the smoke from the smoking section was blowing on us!
