New Garage Door.
I love my garage door that was recently installed by AE Door and Window. I have never had a garage before, so this was a new experience for me. It is so nice. Was surprised when I called to
schedule an appointment, and it was done so quickly. Everyone was very friendly.

Great Customer Service.
The service I experienced from AE Door and Window was excellent. I had to have my garage door spring replaced. All it took was a simple phone call.
I received a very simple explanation of what the cost would be and was able to schedule a technician at that time for the following day.
The technician called about before arriving which was exactly when and what I was told would happen. The replacement was done quickly and cleanly. The technician was very courteous and friendly.
Most of all the price didn't change, it was exactly as quoted. No hidden charges.

Horrible Service.
To whom it may concern:
On December 6th, 2010 I put in an order for an entry door and surround. I was told it would be difficult but they may be able to get everything together by December 22,2010 I was told a few days later that everything should be ready on the 22nd. When December 22nd rolled around, I was told the parts did not come in and at that time the job would not be completed until January 3,2011. On January 3,2011 they arrived at the house to do the installation and did not have the surround to complete the job.
After completing half the job, the company asked me to pay them for the complete job. After expressing my concern and talking with Mr Weber and his sales associate, they decided they wanted to separate the bill for the door and surround and wanted me to pay a partial amount on top of the $1,405.00 deposit I had already givin them with the balance due at the COMPLETION of the job. On top of that they told me that the job would not be completed until the second half of February because it would take six more weeks to get the special order surround in.
I did my research on this company and thought I was dealing with a fair and honest company, but to my surprise they have been very bad at communicating and have not lived up to their end of the deal. I believe I should receive my surround at no charge to me because of the poor service I have received from AE Door & Window Co..
I had to shop around at three different door companies to get this horrible company to give me the pricing they did and look at the service.
