This Store is Absolutely the BEST!!!!!. Not only is this store beautiful, but the service and prices are amazing. I had to wait to get into their diamond room, but it was well worth the wait. I had a ring made that looked just like one my fiance had seen at another store. They made it for $2000.00 less than the ring that my girlfriend wanted. I thought it was a great price and the quality was excellent. I sent my friend there and he liked the quality and service and couldn't afford much yet they had no problem staying within his budget.

please try them you wont be dissappointed.

Thank you for everything! It feels like family here!. I really feel right at home at this store. The service is great, and the employees not only know all about their product, but they really listened to me. I bought an engagement ring here, and they had it set in the store within 24 hours. The setting was gorgeous, and the one carat I bought was GIA certified. They really took time to listen to what I wanted, and got me in the exact item I asked for. There were so many things to choose from, and when I picked the ring, it was even better than my fiance expected. They took very good care of me, and everything was so much easier than other stores. They never crammed anything down my throat, and I really appreciated their service. The sales person took time to find me exactly what I wanted. When the diamond came in, it was everything I would have expected from a high end jewelry store without the price. The ring had to be sized down, and it wasn't exactly the right size, because I wasn't quite sure. It was about a 1/4 of a size off, and when I gave it to my girlfriend, it was to big, but that was no problem. The next day I brought it in and they had it done for me by the end of the day and it fit her perfectly. I am very impressed with this company. You don't get service like this anymore. They were really busy when I walked in, but they greeted me, asked me to have a seat, and I'll tell you it was worth the wait.

A Wonderful Experience. I had a wonderful experience when I took a loose diamond I had purchased elsewhere to be set into my engagement ring here. My private jeweler from the city I moved from reccommended I go here. The staff was beyond friendly and professional, and the prices are far less than mall jewelry stores, although the quality and service is far above. To get my diamond set with a new head, my wedding and engagement rings rhodium plated, and my husbands rings resized and replated took only three days. Everything is done in house so your precious jewels never leave their sight. benson jewelers is a family owned and operated business and I had the opportunity to talk with the owner one and one and she was super friendly. They never tried to upsell me or questioned my choices whatsoever. Just great service in a comfortable setting with friendly people. This is the way business should be done. I plan on using Benson for all of my jewelry needs!

I had an incredible experience here!. I want you all to know that I went to this Jewelry store and they beat out Blue Nile for their diamond prices. I picked out a one carat diamond. She got me two beautiful diamonds to compare and they were just fantastic. I paid less for a Ideal cut diamond, and believe me I went to 6 different jewelers, and no one could touch the price or the quality. She had a setting that was beautiful, and we had it set that day. I got this for my wife's anniversary gift, and she loved it!!!!

Best Jeweler in the area. To the person who posted before me. I don't understand how you could even say that. My fiance and I bought my engagement ring at Benson's and Debbie shipped 3 GIA Certified diamonds in for us to choose from that were in our price range and in the color and clarity that we wanted. We had a hard time choosing which one we wanted since they were all absoultly beautiful diamonds but in the end we were able to hand pick the perfect diamond and mounting and didn't go over our budget, infact the ring was $600.00 under our budget and it was perfect. We didn't have a huge budget to begin with and she helped us find the perfect diamond and mounting. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone and for you to say she is the highest priced jeweler in this area is obsurd. I have looked every where, all jewelery stores in this area and online including BlueNile who says they have the lowest price and her prices were at or below theirs. She is cheeper than anyone. You obviously didnt give this place a chance. Because if you had, you would never be saying any of this. As for selection, She has so many different mounting to choose from and I noticed that they are all different. When we were in, she showed us things in the cases and in books. It only took 3 days from start to finish on my ring. We came in one day and spoke to her, the next day we picked out our diamond and the next day we picked up our ring. She sized it for free and is cleaning it and inspecting it for free for life. What other jewelery store would do that for you. All the comments I see on here , Google and Yahoo are all good reviews saying that she has the best selection and service. I don't know where you went but it wasn't the Benson Jewelers I went to.

OVERPRICED! LACKS QUALITY. I went to four jewelers in town and they were the highest price. Selection was limited and when I starting talking price comparison they showed lack of interest.

talk about personal service!. I went to several jewelry stores. I found that everything was the same, and most of the jewelry stores I went to were only concerned about me buying from them. They didn't really care to help ME. But, this store is different. Debbie went out of her way to treat me fairly and right. She explained to me what I was buying, and I had not seen the diamond that she got for me, but I knew she would get me exactly what i asked for at a very good price, and I was right. The diamond had beautiful color (colorless) and clarity and cut, and was exactly as she said it would be. It took 2 days from start to finish and I presented my ring to my fiance' and she cried and loved it. It was one of the easiest experiences I've ever had, and I'm so thankful I stopped in.

Rare gems, exquisite mountings, superior customer service!!!. Everything about Benson Jewelers is top notch, from the awesome gem-quality gemstones, knowledgeable, friendly and no pressure sales from the owner, great parking/location! I purchased a rare gem quality alexandrite from Debbie, and she custom made a pendant for it, and WOW, is it beautiful!!! People are wowed by my jewelry! She also custom designed a 6 carat diamond/platinum anniversary band that is incredible. I recently visited a Mont Blanc store in Chicago, and she was able to get me watch that I loved as well. Benson's is for sure a one stop shop for anyone's jewelry needs/wants. I used to shop James Free and Herzogs, but NOT ANYMORE! Thanks Debbie for owning and operating such a wonderful establishment!!!

Benson Jewelers i'm so glad i found you! Great selections, no pressure, great price's!. I saw your commercials on TV during Christmas and your statement that "you'll beat any Diamond price in the tri-state" so i thought i would give you a try.I shopped the mall jewelery stores and then i came to your store,I'm glad i did! I have to tell you Benson's price was $800.00 under my best price at the mall,unbelievable ! Thank you so much Benson Jewelers!

Fantastic jeweler the best. I love this store. The owner is so personable, and she works with you to get exactly what you want. Her gemstones are rare and beautiful, and her diamond engagement rings are the most beautiful I've ever seen. I bought my husband a new wedding band there, and it is so different and nice. I had my ring sized in one day, and her prices are very reasonable.
