In Short – Served since 1949, Skyline's version is not the thick, chunky brew that typically comes to mind when you think of chili. The sauce itself is thin with ground beef and secret seasonings that purportedly include a pinch of chocolate. The 3-way is made up of spaghetti, chili and mounds of finely grated cheddar cheese. The other signature item is the chili cheese Coney, a shot dog on a bun covered with chili, cheese, onions and mustard.
