best in the west, and the north, south,. This is the home of incredible pizza. The crust is magnificent: not too hard or too soft. The cheese is perfectly aged yet delicate. The sauce, however, is the gift most gratefully received. It is seasoned to the point of being ambrosia, without being overwhelming. Having lived all over the country, and having tasted a great variety of pizza, I may still say with absolute conviction that this is the finest pizza in the United States. Even a trip from California for this pizza is well worth the effort.
