Bad loyalty Service. My cousin spent three days at this spa before the wedding. She brought all her bridesmaids in for services. I called in the AM because I woke up with a sick baby, They wouldn't allow me to cancel my appointment and wanted to charge me full fee. I will show up an have the message... I just think it is shaddy considering My cousin was responsible for over 1000.00 worth of service in three days.

Nothing But The Best. I have been going to Sableux for 10+ years and have always had positive experiences. Firstly, my stylist is AMAZING! Amy does the best cuts and colors and is always happy to make recommendations on how to best care for my hair. Everyone there including the front desk staff is consistently pleasant and upbeat. Just this past weekend a staff member even walked me out to my car IN THE POURING RAIN with an umbrella to avoid ruining my hair for a friends wedding. I would recommend Sableux their awesome customer service to anyone!

Really bad experience. I had my hair done with one of the new stylists at Sableux. My hair turned out yellow and I still had to pay for it. I went back the next day to fix it, she left an orange spot on my hair this time. I refused to go back the second time to fix it. I went to a different salon afterwards to let them take a look at that spot. They were shocked that I was charged for that awful job. Sableux general manager refused to reimburse my money. As a result, I'm not a customer there any more. I showed that orange spot on my hair to my family members, who were the Sableux customers at the time. They were very surprised that I had to pay for that poor job. As a result, they are not Sableux customers any longer either. I would not recommend that salon to anyone. Ladies, try finding a different salon as you will not get reimbursed for poorly done job at Sableux.

Unprofessional. Had a very unprofessional bikini wax. I complained to the front desk and I did get an apology and a gift certificate from the manager. I decided to give the salon another try. I called to check to see if they provided a specific service and the response I got from the person who answered the phone was, "no, I don't THINK we do that." She wasn't sure, but she also wasn't willing to ask someone, instead she lost a customer. If there are employee procedures and policies for the salon, they should provide on going training to improve customer service.

Have been going to Sableux for years & love it. I have been going to Sableux for over 15 years. Over the years stylist have left but mgmt has always made recommendations and I have liked each stylist they recommend. If price is the issue, you can ask for a sylist that is a little less experienced and price will reflect that. I have done this in the past and have always thought the stylist did a great job. I have had facials and massages also and have had a great relaxing experience. For the service, atmosphere and experience I feel is reasonably priced and at a high end spa. Julie F
