Okay, But not great. We go to Kentucky three times every year and we always stayed at the drawbridge. The first five visits to the Drawbridge was great. Then the bad luck happened. My Honda Civic was flooded up to my door and they called me in the middle of the night when it was passed the door line. Another visit, the room next to us, their phone was ringing non stop for about 50 times. (i'm serious). We called the front desk, and they said they cannot do anything about this and just ignore it. Another visit, their is a bunch of little kids running up and down the rooms banging on doors and ripping our do not disturb sign off. Another visit, the fire alarm goes off for about 3 hours non stop and there wasnt even a real fire! The last time we went to the drawbridge, my sons was in the indoor pool and they were climbing up and they sliipped and fell off the pool ladder because some screws came loose. Their legs were covered in complete scars and red stuff and when we went to report it to the front desk, they looked at their legs and he just ignored us like nothing happened. Another visit, they put us in a room with a broken air conditioner.

I brought an allergy pillow to the hotel and put my own pillow case on the pillow so that the maids would not get confused with the hotels pillows. The maids took my pillow out of the case and took it! I was unable to retrieve it at all.

Depending on the location of the building, the high speed internet access works and sometimes it doesnt. I finally decided just to use my Verizon Broadband USB port for the internet.

There's room in the inn for everyone at this large tourist's complex.. In Short
With 28,500 square feet of meeting space and 505 guest rooms, the Drawbridge Inn draws every kind of meeting and convention imaginable. Facilities include four restaurants, including one open 24 hours, a health room, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis courts and a gift shop. For food, sample Josh's seafood, steaks and veal, or Gatehouse Tavern's famous prime rib. Location-wise, the inn is seven miles from the airport and downtown Cincinnati.
