Beware unless you like being ripped off. Thinking this was a jeweler I could trust, I allowed them to rebuild the prongs on my engagement ring two years ago. They estimated it would cost $400. When it came back, much later than promised, they charged me $600. Tho I hadn't had any problems with it for the first 18 years, in less than a year after Schulz worked on it, the prongs were catching everything. I took it back. A surly jeweler fussed with it a little bit then handed it back to me. I ran it across my JEANS -- not a fuzzy sweater -- and the prongs still caught. Handed it back to him, he picked at it a little more and it was a little better. In less than a year it was back to being as bad as it had before. THIS TIME they said they'd charge me to fix the problem they created. There is no way I'm getting ripped off by these people again. I'd been a loyal customer for more than a decade. Be WARE.

I called them about enlarging a ring I was buying elsewhere last year, they estimated upwards of $120. I got it done at another jeweler for $40.

I believe in supporting small family businesses -- but ethical ones that do good work!

The best place in N. Ky. to purchase jewelry!. Schulz and Sons Jewelers is top notch in their customer service. They have a great selection of jewelry. What a great place to stop and just browse or better yet purchase. They are so very helpful and are always ready to spend as much time as needed in helping you make a selection.

You must put them on your favorite shop list!
