Horrible Customer Service Experience. My wife and I were greeted with blank stares when we tried to eat at Garzellis. The manager had an apathetic attitude when I challenged him on the nature of customer service. I'm under the impression that the customer is important, the very people who you exist to serve. His view was that my pregnant wife and I were not as valuable as the party of 60 they anticipated an hour after us. Does it really take an hour to make a pizza? He did offer for us to sit in the smoking section! Can you believe a manager would even utter that with my wife being visibly pregnant. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Very nice people and food. The food is very good and I would recommend them for several reasons.. they aim to please and they care about their customers. The food is not greasey and doesn't tend create a mess. They use high qualilty ingredients for a reasonable price.
