Larry Tipton spent 6 hours in my basement digging out the drain,pouring cement, and installing pipes. He worked very hard. He was quite polite. I am very pleased with his work.

Apollo provided great service. I called due to a non-cooling air conditioner. Mike B arrived in about 15 minutes. Yes that is 15 minutes. He quickly diagnosed and FIXED the problem. From the time I called Apollo to the time my unit was repaired totaled about 1 hour. That to me is AMAZING!!!!!

Have used Apollo for nine years. Always very thorough and helpful. Was especially pleased this year by the servioce rendered by Mike B. He took time to explain the things he did on this spring AC tune up.

Great Plumbing Service. I had a plumbing issue and new Apollo also did plumbing. I called them and had them come out a clear a drain I had had repeated problems with. They showed up on time, where professional and even showed me what the pipe looked like before and after using a camera. Very good experience.

Nice touch. I recently had a new furnace and AC installed in my home. Everyone from apollo (service techs & salesmen) have been professional, courteous and reliable. They even sent me a cooler with cookies after the job was done. My kids were delighted. Nice Touch!

5 star company. After I read the review posted, I was surprised, because my expereince was so different. I chose Apollo beacause the are specialists in home comfort for plumbing and HVAC. I have an older home and I did not wan to cut up my house. They exceeded my expectations from the beginning to the end . A 5 star company!

Terrible Customer Service and Reliability. I recently purchased a 13,000 sq. ft. office building and called Apollo to schedule an appt. to take a look at my current HVAC systems and give me a quote on repairs that needed to be completed as well as a price on annual maintenance. The company gladly set up an appt. for there commercial sales manager to take a look at my building, but the guy never showed. I called back to let them know he did not show and they put me through to his voice mail where I left him a message. I have since left him 3 messages with not a single return call!! If this is any indication of their overall customer service I am definitely glad I went with another company to perform the $5,000 in repairs and the annual maintenance of my commercial propoerties HVAC. Not sure about the residential side of things, but I would not use them on my house! They were unprofessional, unreliable, and make promises they can not keep.
