Steak and egg breakfast, REALLY?. We took my husband^s sister to Golden Corral and had a not so pleasant visit. First of all, the price is increased again (I mean again and again during our last 2 visits)and they claimed that "steak" included. I was searching and searching and finally saw a piece of COLD meat laid on the COLD grill. It looks like left over from last night. No one to serve it nor help either. They call it a "steak breakfast"? Not for my knowledge. Where is HOT, drizzling,fresh from grill steak that you have claimed in ad? Additional, the lettuce in salad bar were not so fresh at all and have black spots/edges, the gravy were so water down,and my husband even got a half-cooked cinnamon coffee cake. I could get much better food and service in other restaurants for much cheaper price. Higher price and poor quality food and service, way to go, golden corral!

Gross. I tried this location of the "Golden Trough" twice. It makes me queasy to think about going back. Obese people, obese children, eating double the recommended calorie intake, heart attacks on a plate, the cloud of cigarette smoke outside. Greasy floors, dirty bathrooms. I felt nasty when I left.

Never again.

Awesome place to eat. I love buffet style restaurants.. And this is the king of them to me. All you can eat steak, shrimp, chicken, fish, etc. You can't beat it especially if you're a big eater like me! The only gripe I have is that if you want tartar sauce you have to walk all the way to the other end of the restaurant at the salad bar to get it. A small price to pay to enjoy good food. I really like their fried chicken. It's comparable to KFC or Famous Recipe. Their mashed potatoes are good to. Thick with small lumps, the way mashed taters should be! And your choice of brown or chicken gravy. The shrimp is also very good as well as the steaks. Cooked to order. They'll even slice 'em in half for you so you can see the amount of pink (or brown) you want. I get mine browned with just a little pink on the inside. Perfect every time. Juicy, not bloody and flavorful.
