In Short – The secret to Jeff Thomas' success is customizing: rather than churn out the same menu over and over, the chefs here work closely with the couple to design a menu specifically suited to their needs and tastes. Though sit-down dinners and hors d'oeuvres are certainly available, the caterers' favored reception style is multiple stations: carving stations, salad, pasta bars, vegetable stations, etc. Signature dishes include a chicken breast stuffed with sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese.

Jeff Thomas Catering catered my wedding at Ault Park a couple of weeks ago and did an absolutely wonderful job. The whole staff, from the beginning stages of planning to clean-up at the end of the night, was so helpful and offered a lot of great information. Not having a traditional wedding reception at a hall with an established system was initially intimidating, but Mr. Thomas put me right at ease with his experience and professionalism. Additionally, his staff was courteous and efficient, and we could not have been happier with the outcome of our special day! I'd recommend him to anyone!
Exceptional Food

Jeff Thomas catered my wedding with 70 guests. The food was amazing. The appetizers were gone almost instantly and I heard several people comment that they were going back for more. We had stations and people commented on how much they enjoyed being able to pick what they wanted. At the end of the night, the servers fixed a plate for my husband and I. Everything was wonderful. I would use him again without hesitation.

Wedding. 150 guests. 3 food stations - Indian, Japanese and "American".
The nan on the Indian buffet was cold/hard (I was first in line) as well as the eel on the Japanese buffet (later in eveing).
I first sampled Jeff Thomas food in 2004 at a friend's (vegetarian) wedding. While the food was absolutely excellent, it was cold (I was one of the first in line).
The flavor and variety of foods served at our wedding were exceptional. Also, after my husband and I returned from our honeymoon I had SEVERAL different individuals tell me they were "around the world" several times that night and that the food was "excellent" or "amazing".
Overall everything I tasted was exceptional. I think that if you make sure to request that there are plenty of "sternos" available to keep the food warm, you will be delighted with what Jeff Thomas delivers.
