I have been to many hotels across the country for both business trips and family vacations. This was one of the worst that I have ever visited. I am comparing this to hotels as varied as Best Western to the Omni. First off, the hotel is dirty and has a musty smell. It looked like they didn't even clean the room, just made the beds. The service was horrible; we didn't have bath towels in our room when we arrived, and after waiting 30 minutes for someone to bring them, I went down to get them myself. We had reserved two rooms five months in advance, and when we arrived there they only had one available. I had even confirmed that we had two rooms a month before our visit. The service consisted of inexperienced youth and sub-par management. I have never been so disgusted with a hotel in all the years I have stayed at one, and I am not one to complain. Also, the restaurant on top of the hotel did not do the beautiful view of the Cincinnati Skyline justice. The food was poorly prepared and I actually witnessed the servers recycle bread to another table after it had already been served to a table earlier. The food was below average and I would never pay close to what they were charging for it again. Stay away from this hotel and stay anywhere else in the city!!!

The Radisson's website didn't mention some of the hotel was under renovation. Our floor was. The hallways were stripped and were being scraped. New wallpaper was not yet up. The hallways were unheated, and the staff loose in the service area -- all except for maid service, which was good. We couldn't get a good answer about where to park (the main parking lot was being sold to nearby festival goers) and weren't offered bell service. The restaurant's view was wonderful, but the food was below par. The pool was acceptable, but lacking in detail (a cigarette butt by the edge, a dead fly in the water, etc.). The room was the strongest feature: small but clean and fairly well appointed. Wonderful skyline view. Not quite what I'd like to see for the $170 and $160 each night we paid. We will try somewhere else next time we're in Cinci.
