Great done, Great setting. The waterfront is a nice classy place to go, if you dont mind paying a pretty penny for good food and service. Its well worth it

Best all around water front dining, great atmosphere. We went to celebrate our 25th Wedding Anniversary and we did not let anyone know until we received the check and thanked everyone, our server, his assistant and helper were all great, food was wonderful and then they brought out dessert for us, we were so wonderfully surprised.

Never Go Back. I took 4 family members here, $200 plus bill. Two of the orders were good. But 2 of the orders were close to unedible. I ordered medium rare steak. It came out not only well done, and not only overly blackened, but burned like a firetorch. So hard and dry it it was inedible. My mother's light fish came with a peck or carrots, and at least a large cup of extremely sweet sauce, it was horrible. I put the orange sauce on the steak so it didn't siphon my mouth completely dry. I will not be going back to any of ruby's places.

South Beach atmosphere where the beautiful people dance, drink and mingle.. In Short
Located above the South Beach Grill, Rumba keeps with the Miami theme, decked out in full neon-cabana regalia. Two curvy bars run along either side of the club with stools and small tables dotting the perimeter. Bamboo lends a tropical feel, and ceiling fans with leaf-like blades are a nice touch. The dance floor is small--not necessarily a bad thing for those looking to getting up close and personal.

Very pricey, but ohhhh so worth it! Simply best food and service in Cincy!. Waterfront is absolutely 5 star, PERIOD! Four of us came in from out of town, made reservation morning of, and were given excellent window seating. Service was completely professional and totally excellent. Our Surf and Turfs were superb, and the 16 oz filet was unbelievable! Everything was perfectly cooked. Piano bar area is a bit loud, but across in the restaunt half it wasnt noticable. The restauraunt offered an excellent wine list. Oh yeah, the sushi boat starter was exceptional. Bananna cream pie and creme bruleh were also outstanding! It is pricey dinner, expect to drop $50 per person minimum, but it is worth every penny. I would say this was one of the finest dinners I've ever had. Oh yeah....the view is really nice too :)

Fountain Bleu. This is my favorite steak in Cincinnati. All of the Ruby steak houses are great, but the Fountain Bleu offered at the Waterfront takes the cake. It is a fillet topped with blue chees butter, served with the awesome mashed potatos, Freddy Salad and the incredible macadamia nut icecream thing for dessert, you will leave very happy. It is a bit pricey, but worth EVERY penny for a special occasion.

A fantastic splurge. The Collinsworth steak is the best, a beautiful filet topped with lump crab meat and a divine sauce. The staff is attentive and well-versed in wine selections. Cincinnati looks beautiful from the other side of the river. Ask for one of the elevated booths - cozy, romantic & has the best views of the city

Best Date Ever. Outstanding is the best term. Made reservation effortlessly by phone. Seated quickly, service polite and prompt, food was excellent.

Reclined in the club afterwards. Very romantic and relaxing atmosphere. Make a point to dine here at least once. Pricey, yes, but the value received was worth the money spent.
