Roto-Rooter Plumbers 03/23/2012. I had one shower leaking into my kitcken and one shower that I couldn't turn the water off so I was in big trouble- but I called Roto-Rooter and they sent Sean out. He did a great job. He was very professional and we can't thank Roto-Rooter enough. Thanks!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/23/12. Roto-Rooter in Covington, KY sent a plumber out to fix my leaking sink right away. The best part was that they were willing to give a free estimate when most other places wanted between $75-$100 just to come give an estimate. They showed up on time and fixed the problem right away. I would have given 5 stars but they are a little pricy, but probably worth it because the service is excellent.

Speedy Service. Our toilet was badly clogged, unflushable, and we were having company over for the weekend. My husband called two other plumbers and had no return calls. One call to Roto-Rooter, and Sean was out in less then an hour. He quickly assessed the problem and had the toilet flushing in a few minutes! I would give a higher rating for the excellent work, but the cost was somewhat high.

Roto-RooterPlumbers 3/19/12. We received 5 star service from the technician Sean at Roto-Rooter in Covington KY. Sean knew what our problem could be and started working on the problem. We have chose Roto-Rooter in the past and will again for all our professional plumer needs.

roto does it again. Roto-Rooter is a very good service company that gets in and gets out with good results. They do exactly what they tell you that they are going to do, and in a timely manner. I have used them for several years now and have recommended them several different times, to family and friends!!!

Roto-rooter 2/13/2012. Shawn did everything he could to fix my drain problem. He was prompt and polite. Shawn even contacted his supervisor, who came to the house and made his suggestions as to what needed to be done. The price of the service was reasonable. I will recommend Roto-rooter to family and friends.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 1/31/2012. Heath did an excellent job in putting a new 75 gallon water heater. He gave me the many options out there for water heaters and recommended the 75 gallon based on our usage. He was professional, courteous, and knowledeable!! I would recommend him specifically for any job!!
