I had a problem with the main line that was backed up at 9am by 2pm the line was cleared and a big problem was solved.

Danny was the service person who responded to the call and he couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.

When we had an emergency issue on a Sunday night, Roto Rooter was able to send someone out on short notice. They couldn't fix the problem at that time but scheduled someone to come back the next morning. The next day, no one showed up at the scheduled time and we did not receive a call or any notification that they were running late or there was an issue. We had to call the office a couple times to find out when someone would be there and a few hours later, they sent out the same person who came out the night before - even though he was not the one who was originally scheduled.

The plumber, Steve, did a great job.He was polite, efficient and very knowledgeable. Even though we were frustrated that they did not send someone at the scheduled time or at least notify us, we were very pleased with the service Steve provided.

08/12/2012 - This afternoon, I noticed there was a back-up of sewer water on the floor of my laundry room. Roto-Rooter was the first plumbing service I thought to call because of their fine reputation. They came within the hour and fixed the problem. Technician # 1370 was efficient, kind, and made sure the work was finished to full satisfication. I appreciate Roto-rooter and their "top-notch" crew and service.

Had a leaking bathtub drain pouring water into our garage. Roto-rooter quickly dispatched a plumber to our home. Work was completed and the drain works perfectly now. Very fast and reliable.

Great service April 20,2012 From Ben Mills. We needed a plumber for an apartment building. I called Roto rooter and they were there in thirth minutes. They had to unclog a drain and replace a deterioted drain.The technician was very thorough and very nice. When I first called at 9:30 A.M. I was told it would be about 2 hours before some one would be out. 15 minutes they called and said they were on the way.

Our technician Paul #2636 left the place clean and the problem was solved in about an hour. I will recomend Roto Rooter to all my family and friends. I have been using Roto Rooter since 1995 on a regular basis. Thank you roto-rooter for another good job.

Outstanding Service - Above and Beyond. I noticed some water in a drain below my stationary tub in basement yesterday, and when I got home from work today the problem was considerably worse as sewage had backed up from the drain.

I called Roto Rooter at approximately 5pm, and they told me a technician would be dispatched in the next few hours. I received several calls from Roto Rooter explaining that they were running a little behind, and I really appreciated the communication and "heads up."

Bill (Technician 2045) arrived later in the evening, around 9pm. He worked tirelessly for several hours, and I know he augured the line multiple times in order to fix the issue as well as identify the root cause. He was exceedingly professional - I was really impressed . When he finished up (around 2am) he was very helpful in explaining what he had done and he also gave me some great advice on how to address some plumbing issues in the future. I can't thank Bill enough for his hard work, and I will be sure to recommend Roto Rooter for any plumbing needs. I was treated very courteously by the entire Roto Rooter team. I am grateful for the outstanding service they provided. Thanks to everyone, and particularly Bill, for their outstanding response and resolution to my plumbing issues.

Roto Rooter Plumbers, 4/3/2012. The plumber, Sean Townsend, was very knowledgeable and efficient in his work around my house. Sean works out of the Covington KY office.
