Beware!!!!. FYI Insight does offer fast internet connnections but the installer tried to mislead me. He told me my used insight cable modem was bad and also that my wifi router might not work because it was connected to Cincinnati Bells Service. He was either stupid, trying to rip me off.or most likely both. He definitely wanted to get more money out of the service call. His dishonesty is why I am warning you. All of the installers may not be this way but the during the call to the main office he had to explain why he wasn't installing any extra equipment at the location.
