For the Best and also cheapest burgers around, try out The Corner Cafe in Augusta located at 214 Hamilton Ave Augusta, KY 41002-1144

Their burgers are made fresh by hand, not the typical pre frozen kind you normally get at places.
They are good sized burgers and a plain cheeseburger is only $1.55 and fries for $1 together will fill you.
They have quite a few items on the menu and all are cheap.
The bean soup for $1.50 is very good, Chili $1.50 is excellent.
The ham & chesse sandwich is also very good, not sure of the price but it's barely over $2
Fries are $1 and you get a lot.
Pop is in a can for 75 cents.
The water is good, and some places it's not, we went to Papas in Maysville and the water was awful.
The only thing about The Corner that may turn people off is, that it appears a bit run down and maybe even dirty, but they keep the kitchen area and bar and dining clean, the people are friendly, service is quick and good, just don't worry about appearances, it is decieving, just try the burgers, they are the best around.
Also a big double deluxe cheeseburger is only around $285 or so for a large great tasting burger.
I do not like their fish sandwich, a bit dry and plain, so that's one of the few things I would not recommend.
They have carry out service and daily specials, it's a huge favorite lunch stop for the workers at Clopay and surrounding businesses and homes.
Try it, you won't regret it.
The owner is almost always found working behind the Bar, tell them Rob & Sue sent you, it's our favorite place to eat.
