Great Job Again!!

I came here for my last cars window tinting and just got my Audi tinted there as well! It looks awesome, not a flaw in the work. Everything here is done in a timely manner and customer service here is second to none. They even did a remote start system on my last car as well. When you come here you're not worried if the job is going to get done right or within your budget unlike other places. I wouldn't recommend anyone else! Thanks again guys!

Best Customer Service...Hands Down

Everyone at Eclipse is great. Everyone is friendly and willing to just talk with you. Customer service is above and beyond good. Have had nothing but good experience with them. Very friendly and the two guys that window tint are very good. Love the look of the new inside too. Keep up the great work and customer service, definitely have my repeat business.

Fabulous Customer Service

I had some difficulty with a starter I had placed almost a year ago by Eclipse. WITHOUT question or hesitation, they started to trouble shoot the issue. Because I had just got out of the hospital with my newborn, they were committed to top notch customer service by being fast and arranged to pick up and drop off my vehicle, so I did not have to worry about the kids. Whenever I called, they were very kind, patient, and genuinely intersted in solving the issue. I wish other companies would follow Eclipse's example of customer service. They fixed the issue and all is working well. I would recommend this company to ANYONE!!!

You get what you pay for.

I had done some shopping around at some other window tint shops and no one was as professional as Eclipse. They were fast, effecient, professional and very well trained. They even asked me if they could take a couple stickers off my back window so they could heat shrink the film, honestly, I couldn't care less about the stickers, but it's awesome they asked anyway! These guys are the best, hands down. Just look at their list of clients in Cincinnati and it will speak for itself!

Bottom line, they tinted the windows on my car and they look great. Not only that, the quality tint they installed reflects UV light, and even in these cooler monthes, I can notice a temperature difference!

If you want the best, you have to pay for the best.

Efficient + Effective

I was out and about, happened to see their signs, so I stopped in. I ended up getting my car tinted while I was there, and while the tint guys where in it, I had them put one of those ipod systems in for me. They did a great job, I have no complaints. I told them what time I needed to be out by and they made it happen for me, at this point, I'm completly satisfied with their business and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else......... P.S. If you read this Rick, I told you I would leave you a review!!
