Began hair removal in Dec. of 06 and things well with great results. New owners took over and a "new" laser was used for services after that. Results were dismal.

I couldn't tell any difference after the first appointment. Lifetime guarantee also became 30% off for return visits. Tube of topical lotion was also lost, so I had to purchase another one. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Laser burns from underarm laser

My boyfriend gave me a package of laser hair removal for Christmas. I was so excited to finally not have to shave all the time. The first time I went to Sona it hurt a lot. I asked about that and they told me it was normal. Later my skin blistered and now I have dark skin where the blisters were. I called back and aksed if there was anything I could do about the dark spots and they told me it was normal and if if didn't go away, I would have to see a doctor. The technican the first time was Sandy so I asked for a different technician the next time but they gave me Sandy again. I was too shy to speak up. I asked her if she could do numbing before my procedure and she told me they don't do numbing. The exact same thing happened again. They burned me and left me with dark patches. I don't think I'll be going back there again.

Nothing went wrong for me here. I'm pleased with my hair removal. I'd like to submit a positive review. The negative ones are suspicious.
