Bad business practice. We would go here before almost every Bengals game and many Reds games...not b/c the food was that great, but the location was good...right by the parking..easy to get a cab.

I went there last night with my husband and two children before the Reds game. We were using a Restaurant. gift certificate. If you are not familiar with these, you purchase them online...usually around $10 for a $25 gift certificate...then you have to spend $35 at the restaurant (not including alcohol). These are a great deal..but sometime hard to get to $35 with a 3 and 5 year old.

So, we ordered a lot of extra food to get to the total. THEN THEY WOULDN'T TAKE IT!!. They said they weren't participating anymore. My gift certificate didn't expire until November. I get it if they don't want to participate and sell any more, but I had a purchased, unexpired one right in my hand and they wouldn't take it...after I already ordered a bunch of unnecessary appetizers to get to the total.

So, they basically stole my money....I don't care how convenient they are..I will never be back.
