I have used PETSuite's facility quite often and am always pleased with the service and care they provide for my four-legged family members ( 2 dogs and 2 cats). I think the review written by rinedog is completely off base. I go to the PETSuites in Sharonville which has several large fenced in grass areas and is a completely new building. And to my knowledge all of the PETSuites are new buildings. Also, my australian sheperd is very dog aggressive and has always been welcomed by their very friendly staff. The reason that I originally began using PETSuites was because my dog was turned away from another daycare/boarding facility that puts dogs together in group play sessions. I have toured several other facilities and have yet to find a place as clean and odor free as PETSuites. Their staff gives individualized playtimes and my pets have formed a strong bond with several staff members. I would highly recommend this facility.
Pros: Very clean, convenient, great staff & great hours!!

I had a really bad experience with the manager of this facility after they told me that my dogs were not allowed back. Apparently one of them was too agressive even though both my dogs are 7 years old and should be in geriatric care! My dogs have never been bad or agressive and I don't think they know they what they are talking about and I will not return.
Pros: location
Cons: bad staff, old warehouse, no grass area
