The poorest customer service ever!
Soooo....Decided that I would try this place since it was only 5 minutes from my office. Went in paid for a $5 order with a $10 bill as that was the only cash that I had. Realized that cashier forgot to give me my change ask for my change where then all of sudden no one could speak English! Tried to bully me and make me believe that I paid with a $5 bill, which could have been the case if I had not just gotten the $10 bill from the PNC next door!!! They then got more of the workers to state in a language that was not quite English that they all saw me pay with a $5 bill!!! I will NEVER go to this place again and I advise all who read this to do the same!
Poor customer service. Took an hour to get the delivery only to find part of it missing and that we recieved part of somebody elses order. Took another half an hour to get the rest of our order by this time food is cold. At the very least they should have brought fresh food so that it would have all been hot. They did nothing to rectify this problem. I will never order from them again.
This is a pretty average chinese restaurant, not bad. The general tsao's chicken and beef dishes are pretty decent, certainly better than Dragon Wok. The delivery time is acceptable.
Regarding the above post, I do believe the menus with the coupons said the discount as well as free delivery required a $10 minimum order.
Poor service and attitude.
I called in to order 2 lunch specials and the lady told me it will take 10 mins. Also, the restaurant is in promotion period and will offer 10% off. I asked the lady on the phone after I order and she agreed to the discount. I arrived to the China House 20 mins later, noticed the ordering lady forgot to place my order plus she refused to give me the discount which we have agreed upon. She claimed the order has to be more than $10, but she had not mention that on the phone. I told her I would take the order and walked away, then she agreed to give the discount, but screamed at me. I took the order but I am frustrated why she treated her customers in such a way?
I strongly recommend you not to go there. It does not worth for your money.
