NOT A GOOD COMPANY

I WENT TO CREDIT IMPROVERS BACK IN APRIL AND THEY SAID THEY HAD 100% MONEY BACK GUARANTEE AND THEY DO NOT! THERE WERE A TOTAL OF 3 ACCOUNTS REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT REPORT AND THEY SAY THAT IT WAS BECAUSE OF THERE EFFORTS WHICH WAS A TOTAL LIE! AND THEY WHERE NOT GOING TO GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I AM GOING TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT! THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!

Unsatisfied customer who did not get guaranteed refund

Credit improvers totally misrepresented themselves. They guaranteed that my credit and my partner's credit would be improved. This did not happen. In fact my credit went down. They did not refund my money per contract. I have called several times and am always told we will call you back or the manager is not in the office.

If it wasn't for the guarantee I would not have ever signed up for their service . I thought they were reputable but I was wrong.

As far as getting things removed off the credit report was great. The only problem was there was no communication. We never knew when our information was completed. We only spoke with a receptionist and our questions were answered in a timely matter. I just thought we might have received something in the mail or a phone call telling us when they were finish instead of us having to call them.
