Great work-Easy to work with

Jeff and his crew waterproofed my basement in 2005 and has not leaked a drop since. He was courteous, professional and very efficient. His workers were also very good and professional. I recommend him to anyone who has a basement water problem.

Unreliable - Poor Workmanship

We contracted this company to eliminate a minor water leak in our home's foundation. The work was completed and paid for, but the water leak simply moved to another location. The owner of the company, Jeff Cook, refused to correct their shoddy work, though we were able to win back our money in Hamilton County Small Claims Court. Case #07CV21517.
