HORRIBLE Rude Rude Rude

HORRIBLE SERVICE. This is seriously the first review I have ever left for anything, I just want to warn people about the service at this store. They have awful associates, very rude and they roll their eyes at you, they talk down to you, to be more specific there is a fatter girl with dark brown longer hair who is a manager of some sort. And when I called to complain about her I was told to call her mother who was the head manager, by the way she said it she might as well should have said " go ahead and call its not like Im going to get in trouble" so I figured hey they dont know who I am so I will go in and personly talk to the mother...... Needless to say to apple does not fall far from the tree, so I never said anything to the mother, I will just not go there, seriously DONT CHANCE RUINING YOU SHOPPING DAY THERE. RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE..... I WILL NEVER EVER EVER GO THERE AGAIN.....

Editorial Review. This teen-conscious consignment shop buys and sells name brands at a discount, from Forever 21 to Skechers to Sean John to Diesel.

overall feelings. I know how the one girl feels I recently took in clothes to the colerain store and I took in brand name like mudd jeans and tommy jeans and they told me that was not the style but looking around in the store they had the same kinds hanging there. I left the clothes that I took because I was just trying to get rid of them and I went in later that week and low and behold there was some of the clothes that I took there on the racks for sale! But they told me they wasnt interested in buying them so why was they up for sale then?????? I wouldnt recommend anyone trying to get rid of clothes there. And to top it all off the girls who worked there was extremely NASTY to me! NEVER AGAIN WILL I SHOP THERE!

DO NOT try to sell them anything!!!!. I tried selling clothes to them, and their sell back rate is pathetic, and they have no service what so ever. I was offended by their selections of my clothes and how they were handled. They tossed them around, threw them in my basket instead of folding them, and tried to tell me that my clothes were outdate, which i can assure they are not, I am a designer. I was just trying to get rid of some of the more recent clothes i bought that I am not wearing.
