Too much Pressure

Salespersons, salespersons, salespersons.

Even when you say no, they keep coming.

Supposed to be a 45 minute presentation, please, no way.

They keep you there and keep you there to try to wear you out.

Even when you say "not interested". They keep agressively try to persuade you. Waste of time.

Smart Travel & Free Gas/Gasoline Redemption Center Scam

OMG!!!!!!!! What a scam people!!! I wish I would have researched more before we wasted our time!This happened to us too!Do not waste your time with Smart Travel or any other companies under their name. It is a scam & took 2 hours! They take us in conference room & this way hyper salesman comes in & does a presentation. He has statistics too, you know like Americans are the only country that doesn't vacation & it's the #1 cause of divorce & our divorce rate is 70%! The presentation was 45 minutes long. Then your 1 on 1 salesperson comes in and takes you out to this big room with all these tables and starts going over the whole spiel with you again! We tell her no over and over and she keeps on going. We tell her again we're not interested and can't afford it. Then she gets her manager & tells us we'll be right on our way. Her manager goes through the whole thing & we tell him we're not interested & he starts AGAIN. We tell him we can?t afford it. Finally he gets rude with us & says "well we can't force you to buy something that you're not interested in." They take us to a waiting room & we sit there for another 5 minutes. Then another guy comes & takes us back to his & starts going thru another "special" package they put together "just for us." We tell him we're not interested again & again then reluctantly he gets the "prize" package & he gives us the gift certificate for the free gas & tells us to go to the website to "validate" it . Almost 2 hours later we finally left. For the ?free? stay at the Marriott (we did not even do this one)&Free Gas. We got online to validate the gas certificate & found out it is vouchers--okay-- You get $25 a month for up to a year but FIRST you have to spend a $100 in gas & MAIL in your receipts to them, then they send you a $25 gift card! We sent in our receipts for Oct-Jan and nothing!how do these people sleep at night?! This was to be the gas $$ for our family vacation this June! These people need to be stopped! Really! Fight back!

horrible experience, literally the worst

no kidding, this place is so awful. i wrote a review about this place earlier but they took it down. the biggest scam ive ever seen. how do these people even sleep at night? the salesmen and women are so rude and insulting you want to scream at them, and they try to make you feel dumb for not buying a garbage vacation at some ridiculous price. stay away nothing is ever free
