NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. I visited Dr. Gupta's office Feb 10th for a facial peel which was $200.00. I recently moved to the area and told her front desk staff I had received many peels in the past. I asked if I should get the name of the peels I was receiving from my prior dermatologist. I was told no. When the office called to confirm my appointment, I again asked the same question and was told no. When I saw Dr. Gupta, it was one of the first questions she asked. At that time I indicated that her staff had told me twice that the info on previous peels was not needed.

After a brief examination and discussing the fact that I had received very strong peels in the past, she turned me over to one of her clinical staff who administered the treatment. The treatment is designed to actual "peel" off skin within a few days thus benefiting the overall texture, reduce signs of aging, etc. My face did not peel at all and there has been no visable change to my skin. As I have done these for the past three years, I know the results of the treatment which have always been very noticable. I called them one week later and It took three calls to her office before someone returned my call to discuss my concern. It became obvious to me that their customer service is lacking. Since that time I have discussed this with a staff member who handles patient issues such as this and who has consistently told me they wanted their patients to be happy with their treatments. The back and forth phone calls have been going on for three weeks and I have no resolution. I do not want my money back, I would like another peel. They will not say whether or not they will not perform another peel and keep telling me they will call me back. Obviously patient satisfaction is not a primary concern. I had scheduled another treatment when I was in the first time which I have cancelled. I would not recommend her to any prospective patient.…

GREAT EXPERIENCE!. I was sitting in a meeting and glanced up to look at the screen on the wall and could not see it without lifting my head. My eyes looked like the old cartoon character, Droopy the Dog. I had bags under my eyes and my upper lids fell over my eye, which is why I had to move my head to see. Dr Gupta removed excess skin from the upper lid and fat from the lower lid. When I looked in the mirror I could not believe how great I looked. It really opened up my eyes and now I look refreshed. People noticed and made comments about how young I looked, and wanted to know what I have been doing. Dr Gupta and her staff are very professional and caring. I am very happy with the procedure I had done. I would recommend that if you are having the same issue I had. Call Dr Gupta!…

I now feel comfotable with my skin. Dr. Gupta was very nice and informative. My skin was a hot mess! But through a series of BBL and Fratel treatments I now feel comfortable with my skin than I have ever felt since I've been 13 years old. I wish I would have found her years ago!…
