Love my Pool!. Sometimes you find a company that loves what they do and it shows. This experience was for me, a great one. Right off the bat I knew I was dealing with someone who cared about the customer, not the sale. It turns out the salespeople are not on commission there so there is no pressure for them to make their car payment on your dime. The best word I guess to describe it is honesty. They are honestly a good bunch of guys. 1 happy customer.

Bought a pool table on Monday, installed on Friday.
Great deal for a solid wood table with all the accessories for less than the the big "W" store was trying to sell me a particle board table for.
It's beautiful, installed quickly and professionally by Doug who was fabulous and plays great.
I am thrilled with my experience and highly recommend them. Looks like they have plenty of other goodies too.
RUDEST OWNER IN POOL BUSINESS. Almost don't even know where to start with this company and its owner. To say we were treated badly would not do it justice. We made the fatal mistake of spending $3,000.00 on a pool liner with this company and the hell began! The installation was wrong,their measurements were wrong,the liner came off the pool after 1 day........and that was just the beginning! They finally reattached the liner but left rocks under the liner that poked holes through it. We had to pay $600.00 to have THAT fixed. Then the real kicker....We had to deal with the RUDEST man I have ever spoken to. Mark Hicks who by the way is the owner of this circus. He was condescending,pompous,very argumentative, and talked to us ( HIS CUSTOMER WHO SPENT $3000 WITH HIM ) like dogs. Seriously this guy was unbelievable! We are looking into a lawyer to go after this company, but until then we want to make sure this does not happen to anyone else. Please be very cautious with this company and God help you if you develop a problem.....which you are certain to do.
Watson's is honorable place to do business with!. I just had my pool pump quit on me ...and...of course...it was about 2 weeks out of warranty. But Watson's understood that to have a pump go out so quickly (1 season) is unreasonable and they gave me a new one even though they aren't sure if the manufacturer will honor the warranty. They stepped up regardless and did the right thing! They didn't make me wait until Monday to see what position Hayward will take, they just did what was right! I am extremely grateful!
No info on line. I am in the market for a poker table, this business provides no info on line, get with the 21rst century!!! Create a website, so we know exactly what you have, & what the prices are!!!! Provide pictures, sales items, something!!!!!
service rendered. I have done business with this company in the past, no problems here. Consumers need to be a little more educated to the service that is being rendered. There are too many customers that dont what to take responisbity for their project. It's not always a turn key operation folks. The experience I have had seemed to be above average, however I wasn't ingnorant as to what I wanted the final project to look like. It seems in todays world the baby boomers want it all, to include it being free. Come-on, Wake up America!!

Would'nt buy a coke from these people.Very poor instillation along with bad workmanship.After 2 weeks of playing on my pool table the felt came loose all over the table top.The corners on 5 out the 6 pockets have come unglued and its unlevel. Called them numerous times to try to get them to fix this . They seem not to care from the business side of this company too!!! I got taken for nearly 800.00 dollars. It's been 2 months now trying to get it fixed or replaced so I turned them in to the and the ohio attorney general. Be extreemly careful buying something from The Pool and Spa Wharehouse!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hot tub cover failure.. I purchased a new hot tub cover which became completely saturated in 18 months in normal service. These are supposed to last 5 years, they have in the past. They made no effort to compensate or make amends. They essentially said that's tough luck or tried to blame it on a bad spell of weather. I would not do business with them again.

I was sent to the Pool & Spa Warehouse by Watson's, their competitor. My first thought was that Watson's would probably send me somewhere awful to make themselves look better. Boy was I wrong. The guys at the Pool & Spa Warehouse were top notch, professional and knew their stuff.
I needed parts no one else had and I was frustrated. I thought I was done and would have to buy a new spa. The Warehouse guys got the parts I needed shipped directly to my home in two days. My spa was up and running the next day. Thank you Pool & Spa and thank you Watson's for the referral.
The whole thing reminds me of the old movie "The miracle on 34th street" where the department store Santa sends people out of his own store to the competition because he knows that's where they need to go to find the right toy. It turns out in the end that all of that good will generates increased business for his store. I hope that is the case for everyone. My first stop from now on however is going to be the Pool & Spa Warehouse. If they don?t have or cant get what I need, I guarantee you that they know who will.
Best selection in town. I was very impressed to see such a huge selection of billiards, pools, spas, pool & spa supplies and furniture to choose from. If you?re looking for that hard to find item then I recommend this place. The staff is very resourceful and helpful when informing you on the items that they have. The prices are great too. I was looking for darts for a gift and I couldn't believe how many there were to choose from.
