Accused me of trying to cheat them out of $5.
I have been doing laundry here for the last 20 months. In that time I have spent approximately $1700 on laundry. I have interacted with all the staff numerous times, so they likely know my face.
The last two times that I went there, one of the machines that I tried to use took my money, but did not start. BOTH times the worker, a young woman in her late 20s or early thirties, accused me of trying to steal $5.25 from them.
That attitude and disrespect for a 38 year old man, who has provided significant business to this shop and who should be well known to the 2 or 3 employees that work there, has turned me away from this establishment permananetly.…
