Chuck Landers... SHEAR GENIUS!. Its been just about a month since my first "Chuck Landers Experience"...and that's exactly what it was; not just a haircut... but a full fledged experience! From the initial consult to the final look, Chuck made me feel completely comfortable and exudes a level of confidence unlike any other stylist I've sat for.

I knew almost instantly that I had finally found what I had been desperately searching for, a true experienced hair artist. He employs techniques and tools that I have NEVER seen at ANY salon in Cincinnati, (and I have been to quite a few in my quest), including the so called "high end" and well known ones. (Even though I am tempted, I will not name names).

NONE OF THEM EVEN COME CLOSE TO HOLDING A CANDLE TO CHUCK!

I am still AMAZED at how fabulous my hair looks! Not five minutes after leaving the salon, while floating on my own personal cloud, I received my first compliment on "such gorgeous hair". I continue to receive them nearly every day.

And OMG what a GREAT shampoo....

The whole experience was so fulfilling, I wanted to say something dirty and I felt like I needed a cigarette afterwords!

So far, I have tried just about every way of styling my new design; style/blow dry, air dry with a bit of scruntching, curls with both large and medium size barrels, flat iron, I even went a few days without washing at all... every way I have tried, the shape stays true and remains flattering to my face shape AND personality.

I've had way too many experiences where either the style you walk out of the salon with NEVER looks like it did the day you left, or is simply somehow gone within a week or so; Not this time. Every day, I still get that great feeling that passes over you when you walk by a mirror after just having got that one great haircut.

There are so few things that seem to make us feel that good anymore... Chuck Lander is one of them.

Go see Chuck. You will not be disappointed.

I wish I looked this good everyday. I had my hair cut today by Jim. I am so excited. I look better than I have in a long time. My hair is long and usually I am bored with it. He cut it so that is almost looks curly and the color is great on me. I trusted him to pick out my red color, and I look like a movie star. I have gotten so many compliments. I wish I could post a pic.

THANK YOU SO MUCH JIM. I WILL BE BACK TO SEE YOU SOON. I HAVE A NEW FAVORITE.

So. Not. Good.. Sorry, but Jim gave me by far the worst hair cut I've ever gotten. I have long hair - I'm normally complimented on it all the time. And yes, I'm picky, but WOW. I'm talking noticeably poor cut. I went to Matt Bradly and he tried to fix it. Looks much better but still obvious I had a bad cut. The color is GREAT. But the cut was so bad I had to give one star. :(

good for curly haired chicks. chuck is really wonderful. He checked out my curl shape and gave me a structured, elegant haircut that complimented the curls very nicely. He is nice and does some crazy edward scissor hands move at the end to lighten it up. kudos on that. Took a few days for the haircut to settle in, but I am so happy. That said, its elegant, but not edgy.....maybe we will push it next time. great first cut.

Awesome haircut!. I got a haircut from Chuck and I absolutely love it! I felt like I was able to trust him from the start and he definitely knows what he is talking about. I have very fine hair and often people don't really know how to cut it, but he knew just what to do. I would highly recommend him! Plus he gives students 25% off so it ends up being pretty affordable... definitely worth it.

Great result and service!. I was very happy with the entire experience. Chuck was my hairdresser and when I arrived late for my first appointment he offered to come in early the next morning to fit me in. I have short/thick hair and am used to hair dressers being even overwhelmed at the amount of hair I have. But he quickly created a style he felt would look good while making sure I was happy as well. Attentive and seemed genuinly interested in making the customer happy!

He really is good people. I have NEVER written a review but Chuck is good, really good. Im 42 and it was the best cut I have had so far. I have curly hair which he knew how to work with.....very rare thing. My husband also got a great cut. what people say here is true, Chuck will give you a great cut, its worth trying!

Chuck was awesome. Great haircut. Amazing customer service. I drove a long way to get there and it was worth it. A great cut for a guy seems to be hard to find around here. HIGHLY recommended.

Dylan Carter Salon. I really recommend Dylan Carter Salon where I had my haircut done about a week ago by Chuck. I couldn't be happier with the haircut and the fact that Chuck immediately understood what I wanted. I have a curly hair, so it sometimes can be difficult to find the right hairdresser who can deal with it. I surely found one in Chuck!

Chuck gives a great haircut!. I have curly/wavy hair that waves and frizzes the wrong way when heat and humidity take over and I'm incredibly picky about getting a cut that can withstand most weather swings and still look good. I was with the same hair stylist for 25 years because she could give me a great cut, and when she left town I wandered from stylist to stylist for almost 2 years before finding Chuck - now, if I live that long, I'll hopefully be with him for another 25 years! He knows how to cut curly hair in a way that makes it lay just right with very little "handling"...I adore him!
