I have to agree that the customer service is lacking at Dark Tan. Too many young people just hanging around doing nothing. I even came in once and the woman working there was laying down on the couch. They are always on the phone yelling at someone and are very unfriendly to customers. My sister asked to buy some lotion and was told they were sold out when you could see bottles on the shelf. Obviously, she did not want to have to do any extra work. Whoever owns this place needs to look into getting some better employees.
Pros: decent prices and good beds

Okay, so I also work at dark tan and I have been working there for 5 years, but i just recently started doing the register. My name is Nikki so if you have any probelms with what this says come in and talk to me about it. I think you guys are being a little harsh. Our customer service is not THAT BAD. Maybe you catch us in a bad mood every now and then but we try our best to be polite. And how perky would you be working a job and having to deal with people all day for only 7 dollars an hour. And what that lady's is saying about the bathroom we cant help that the bathroom is out of order or that our bulbs are out. Our job is to put people in beds and sell packages thats it. We're not maintenance or plumbers so you can't blame that on us. I've seen employees come and go and they aren't all bad. Some of them are rude sometimes but not everyone. So stop saying EVERYONE is rude when its not true. I have never had a complaint about me and there are some other girls who havent either so how bout you give us some credit. And also.. our age has nothing to do with anything. its so stupid when people say that. an old lady can be just as rude as a teenager. Now im not saying we're great, because we do need to brush up on these things and stop having oour friends hang out at the salon and quit talking on our cell phones, and things like that. But i think you all need to give us break, because there is plenty of people who have been coming here for years who love all the girls working. So i apologize if you come into the store and someone is rude to you because they shouldn't be... but you guys arent too polite your self. so everyone has their bad days and thats fine. But one thing that someone does shouldn't define what kind of place we are. We are a wonderful tanning salon and we have the best beds in Cincinnati.
