Great service, great prices, professional all the way. Can't hardly beat these guys out for professional service. I was absolutely shocked to see a negative review here - of course, after reading both of the ones left by IG, maybe it's expected.

Tri-State Wizards are absolute pros at what they do - their rates are probably way too low all things considered.

I'd recommend them to anyone.

I love this place. I wouldn't take my computers to any other place. The guys down there are friendly, nice, and answer all of my questions. The price is good, nothing like the arm and leg staples and Geek Squad would charge you. They treat me like a real person and will do anything to help me out.

Horrible Experience. Took my computer in to have a virus removed and instead was told that I needed a whole new hard drive...end cost would be $275. So, I picked up my laptop, took it for a second opinion and within a few hours my laptop was virus free and good to go. No new hard drive was needed! I called back and asked for my $39.00 repair estimate to be refunded and I was told they stand behind their work....even if they were wrong! Dont waste your time or money going to this business....rip off central!!!!
