Putrid customer service and a waste of time.

This company is horrible and never answers it's voice mails. I have left 15 messages explaining my needs and NO ONE has called me back. I feel like they don't care about servicing the community at all.

Pros: They have an answering machine.

Cons: They never listen to their answering machine.
