Go elsewhere!!. I do not recommend Mitchell's in West Chester! I spent a year growing my hair out and just had it cut by the person I've been going to for several months. Worst haircut I've ever had and she totally disregarded what I told her I wanted done. I wanted 2 inches taken off the back so I could still pull it back. Well, she litterally took it down to just below my ears with several shorts layers. Nothing there to grab to pull back anymore!! It will take a long time to grow out again!! Another time I told her to color the same as always because I loved it. Well, again she did what she wanted to do and said "do you like it, I tried something different. We've been trying to work on reds"! It looked yellow!! Enough is enough. Never going back!! Go somewhere else where they will listen to YOU and do what YOU want!!! Also, I had to call back 4 times when I called to talk to the manager because they wouldn't pick up. They said they were busy with customers...as if I wasn't one! Have you ever heard of multi tasking and answering and pushing the hold button!!! It's better than leaving it ring forever!! There are many other better places to go!!!

Horrible Prom Make-up. Sent my daughter in by herself because I was working. Bad move. Her face had spots where the applicant rested her hand on her face and left lighter marks, smears in mascara, dark circles not covered. She wanted "smokey eyes" and there is barely any make up on. (pinks) My daughter stated she didnt want to be a "bad person" and complain to much because they were busy with so many bridal parties. I guess she learned her lesson on were to spend her money from her part-time job! unfortunately she was responsible for this cost and is on the way to the drug store to buy a few supplies. A lesson learned.

Love my services! Everytime!. I love my Mitchell's salon. I followed my stylist, Crystal, from another salon. I drive a very long way to have my hair done because I live in Northern KY and I use the salon in West Chester. I think they are worth it. She has never steered me wrong and is always very engaged in her clients. I never mind the suggestions for products because while I know it's part of her job, she never makes it seem like she's pushing to flavorof the month. Amber does my eyebrows and I adore her also. She always remembers my oldest son's name and she only sees me every 2 or 3 months. That's an impressive feat considering how many clients this salon services. I wish they both worked at a location closer to me but I'll follow Crystal wherever she goes. I'm just glad I love this salon so much.

Best Stress Relief in town!. This is the best spa that I have been to, and I have tried a few! They are trained to give you the type of service you want. If you want a "chatty" visit, they chit chat with you, If you want to just relax and not speak, that is ok too! You can tailor your specific needs very easily. I also highly recommend the hair and make up side also! I go to them for all my "big" events. They took alot of stress off me for my daughters' weddings!

Bottom line: whatever your beauty or stress relief needs are, this is the place!

Always on time. My hair sylist is always on time and I always receive compliments on my cut from total strangers! The staff does what they can to make me feel comfortable (complimentary beverage, hang up my coat, etc.) and it is always a pleasurable experience.

Welcoming Atmosphere. The staff constantly asked if I needed anything or if they could make my stay more enjoyable - always making sure I was happy. Mitchell's is the place to go for great service, you definately get your money's worth!
