Headache.
I was in the mood for some Chinese food and had never tried Dragon City before so I thought I would give them a try since they were close by. I was excited that at the time as I walked in there were no other customers and I figured I woldn't have to wait long. I placed my order and when it came time to pay, the lady at the cash register was having problems with the credit card machine. She kept swiping my card and nothing was happening. I went over to see what the problem was, as it was a debit card and there was more than a couple hundred dollars on there I couldn't figure out what the problem was. She kept punching in some code and it would do nothing. Then she told me it was a new machine. Then after a few more swipes I suggested she punch in the numbers. She didn't know what I was saying so she told me to go and get the cash out. I explained to her that it would cost me extra money to do that and I aksed if there was anyone else who could help her. She said no. So I told her thank you, took my card back and proceeded to leave. She then got upset because they had completed my rather large order and I wasn't gonna come back to get it. I left there and went to a restaraunt in Clifton and had absolutely no trouble getting my order and paying for it with my debit card.
I will never go back there.
Worst Chinese I've Ever Had.
By far the worst Chinese food I have ever experienced & management was shockingly rude.
I am not trying to be mean & I have have no vested interest. It was simply so bad that it was inedible. I ordered the pad thai & the noodles were so over-saturated in water (with the exception of the noodles on the very top) that they had completely lost their form & dissolved into a disgusting goo. I am not exaggerating when I say I simply could not eat it.
I called with the intention of politely letting them know. I figured it was a simple error of soaking the noodles for too long. I was not angry or asking for a refund - but I called to bring their attention to the issue. I was concerned there might be an entire batch of mis-prepared noodles from which other customers would be served. The manager was so rude and blatantly insulting (asked if I had ever even had pad thai before & then told me I didn't know what I was talking about). She then hung up on me mid-sentence. At that point, I felt that it was necessary to drive to the restaurant & return the repulsive food (the order had been delivered - half an hour late). I demanded a refund. I will never eat there again. I would strongly encourage others to go elsewhere as well. Honestly, the microwavable Ramen-style instant pad thai from Kroger is better.
