Amjo CorpSmall Company - Great Service. I did find a negative review here about our company and I was amazed. We have maintained an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau for many years and we've shipped to over 40,000 customers. It was surprise to see that we angered one customer and that does concern me a lot. Let's hope that as others post their reviews that their reviews are better.
Worst Customer Service I've ever encountered.
I ordered a facial tanner from Amjo corp back in February from their website. After receiving an email stating the tanners were "on backorder" until early March, I remained patient - even though there was nothing on the website stating 'out of stock' status. I sent an email on 3/8/10 inquiring on my order, to which I never received a reply. However, I was charged in full for such order on the following day: 3/9/10. It is 3/30/10 and I have yet to receive my product or any correspondence as to why it has not arrived in this absurd amount of time. I sent another email this evening requesting a full refund for an order unfulfilled, and will NEVER do business with Amjo Corp. again. I urge you to do the same.
