Customers choose flavors like sweet cream, cake batter or banana, add mix-ins--ranging from candy bar chunks and Gummi bears to hot fudge and peanut butter--then servers mash it all together on a frozen slab of granite.

Average Ice cream shop. While an interesting concept, the ice cream is really very average especially for Cincinnati. The prices were also high for what you got. The singing whena tip was left is sort of hokie but I'm sure the kids like it.

Can you say melted?. By the time they got the ingredients mushed into the ice cream the ice ceam is mushy and half melted! They were also aout of their most popular ingredient, cookie dough, which of course is what I wanted.

GGGGGGGGRRRRRRRATE!. When my and my two daughters went to cold stone Creamery i did not know how good it was going to be. But One i got be vanilla walful bowl with Health bar I loved it now my whole family loves it!

what a great cold taste. iam a real ice cream man they made it easy and sooo good you must try it, if you do not your missing the best new ice cream in the tri-state.

WOW!. Creamiest ice cream I've tasted! There is also a new one in Springboro which is where I go. Right next to Dorothy Lane Market. So nice to get what you want fixed right there in front of you.

Mediocre at Best. I love ice cream but was not at all impressed with Cold Stone. The ice cream itself wasn't very good (not as creamy as others) and the brownie mix in I ordered was stale and hard. There are so many other good choices in Cincinnati (Maggie Moo's, Graeter's, and Aglemeisis) that I can't imagine why one would choose to go to Cold Stone.

Great Concept. Great ice cream - smooth, creamy and terrific taste. Fantastic concept - start with a flavor, add your favorite mixins, mix it all together to create your own custom flavor. You gotta try the cherry cheesecake and black forest! They have a bunch of suggestions for other favorites, too

To Die For. I fell in love with Cold Stone Creamery while I was on vacation in Arizona. I'm tickled to death that there is finally one in Cincinnati. This ice cream is to die for. I love to throw a dollar in the tip jar just to hear the kids sing an ice cream song. A must visit.
