Best Laptop Store Around.
I was having trouble with a laptop that I bought from them in June, kept getting blue screened for no apparent reason. Took it in in December and they completely cleared it and reinstalled the OS for no charge. Unfortunately it started happening again when I was out of state, so I sent it home, and had it taken in to have it fixed again. When that didn't work they swapped it out for a brand new laptop (I just had to pay the price difference). The new laptop works amazingly well and I'm very happy with it.
These guys take care of their customers and stand behind their product and their business. That's why they're the only computer store I go to and why I carry their business cards around in my wallet to refer people to them.
