Shooters Supply & Sporting

WTF???????. so for starters, i am a resident of northern cincinnati. With this in mind, i USED to travel down to shooters supply due to target world being a DANGEROUS indoor range. DO NOT GO HERE WHEN THEY ARE BUSY! The $10/hr experts here are a joke. If your lane breaks down, and the other lanes are full, dont expect them to fix or switch your lane. I drove down, waited in line for an hour and a half, shot for 40 mins before my lane broke down, and the guy had the balls to say, " well its down for the day, and you dont have too much time left.' then proceeded to walk back upstairs like nothing happened. And forget about them making it up with range time.....they looked at me as if they had seen a ghost when i asked for some sort of "free range time' for their faulty equiptment........THESE GUYS ARE JOKERS. dont expect to get useful firearm info from these guys either. OH, and need i metion...WAY OVERPRICED! Take the time to drive out to the tranquility wildlife reserve where they have a pistol and rifle range open for civi's rec shooting. Its not supervised, but i bet its safer than target world and more friendly than shooters.....cant wait til one shot opens......all of these crappy places are going to be ran out of business.(atleast we all hope)…

Customer Service - Not!!. My wife purchased a $300 annual family package for Christmas and did not realize how rude and customer unfriendly they are there. I went in to get a refund and was told that if I get a refund I will never be allowed to shoot there again. I agreed to never shoot there again and was told now "no refunds allowed". They gave me a $300 range card instead - go figure this? They deserve a "no" star rating but I had to pick the one star to vent!…
