Horrible business. Tower driver very rude, would not take any payment but cash which I did not have on me. The business card said they took credit cards, the driver refused it and held my car hostage til I could get the money. Charged by the hour and padded the bill with a side trip he made onto my bill! Will never use this company again! Save yourself much grief. Wish there was a 0 rating.

Allaco Towing. I Rate this Tow Company a negative 10. had my car towed to there lot with back-end damage from a accident and when I went to get my car a few days later, The driver-side door and mirror was broke. It had brought the value of my car down.. I urge the next person to stay away from Allaco Towing.. They Suck !

Worst Tow place in the city!. These people bent the tie rods on the front end of my truck. $1500 dollars worth of damage. I sued them. I won and the owner (Eric Clark) has only paid $600 of it and is lying to me about paying the bailifs that I had to get to harrass him. He is a shady man and SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED! If I could give negative stars I would!

They pulled my front bumper off. I had my car towed by Allacco Towing. When we got to our destination, the tow truck operator went to remove the restraining equipment, and pulled part of the bumper off. I then asked the operator what he was going to do about it, and he then said that that was not his issue because the condition of the car. However, I have pictures of what the car looked like before and the after. Not only do I have pictures I also saw him pull the bumper off right in front of me. He said that if i don't pay him he will just impound my car, so I paid him the $120. At this point I really can't get my money back. However, I would like people to know who they are dealing with if they decide to use Allacco Towing.
